Parnham Yard                  
 

Parnham Yard is situated on a 100 acre farm in beautiful in
Adams County, PA. Parnham Yard is conveniently located on Route 15
South in York Springs, 30 minutes from Harrisburg, 15 minutes from
Gettysburg and 20 minutes from Carlisle.

Parnham Yard offers boarding, lessons, horse training and trimming. The facility has 18 large airy stalls with an abundance of natural light and ventilation. Eleven stalls have dutch doors and there is one oversized stall with dutch door leading to a small paddock is also available for foaling and layups. Each stall is also equipped with an outlet and large light.

The wash stall and tack room, when completed will be heated and have hot and cold water.

Parnham Yard has large pastures, each with their own water tub. The fencing is solidly built with horse coat.

Parnham Y1ard provides access for riders to miles of scenic trails through the beautiful orchard country of Adams County.

Parnham Yard has been the lifelong quest of the owner, Teresa
Parnham. She lives on the premises, and has spent the whole of her life loving and learning about horses and their wonderful nature.

Teresa started riding while living in the Philippines at Clark Air Base. She started her formal education at Centenary College in Hackettstown, New Jersey. After spending a semester in England and graduating, she continued her education at two Olympic Barns.

In 1997, Teresa attended Danny Ward's Eastern School of Horse Shoeing. With a deep desire to improve her skills and understanding of horses, she attends clinics, expos and lectures. She is currently studying Clinton Anderson's methods, as well as Pete Ramey and Jamie Jackson's barefoot theories.
